2026 Committees and Contacts

This ministry serves by “understanding and embracing the mission to glorify God and promote the Kingdom of God.” That goal will be achieved by promoting community in our congregation and teaching women to disciple others through relationships fostered in our activities. With this effort we have divided our ministry into the committees listed below. We welcome you to join any of the committees.

Ornament Exchange Committee: Tina & Ashlyn Stevens

This event is where everyone brings one wrapped ornament to exchange, traditionally held the first Saturday in December. They will encourage members to attend and to invite non-members to establish closer sister relationships. (Not under the Steering Committee)

Ladies Day Committee: Faith Childers & Sonya Love

Our Women’s Retreat is purposefully designed to encourage and refresh women in their walk with Christ and to foster encouraging relationships with other women.

BLOOMS (Believing Ladies Offering Others Monthly Support): Tina Stevens

This group plans to have a monthly ladies outing hosted by two to three ladies to volunteer and sign-up to host or plan the monthly event. Each month the date, time and activity as well as the host(s) will vary.

Special Events Committe: Stephanie Smith

This committee’s mission will be planning and implementing times of Christian fellowship for Women to foster additional connections.

Funerals Committee: Charlotte Kent

This committee’s mission will be to assist with any needs of families having funeral services at North Tampa Church of Christ.

Ladies Education (Ladies Bible Classes): Sunday - Karen Matches | Thursday - Kathy Blackwell / Diane Moore
