This ministry serves by “understanding and embracing the mission to glorify God and promote the Kingdom of God.” That goal will be achieved by promoting community in our congregation and teaching women to disciple others through relationships fostered in our activities. With this effort we have broken out our ministry by the below committees. We welcome you to join any of the committees.

This committee’s mission is to reach out to new members to provide and explain the involvement of our current Women’s Ministry.

Ornament Exchange Committee                                                                                                       Linda Vines - 813.334.2216

This event is where everyone brings one wrapped ornament to exchange, traditionally held the first Saturday in December. They will encourage members to attend and to invite non-members to establish closer sister relationships.

Our Cookie Exchange activity gets a group of sisters together during the busy holiday season.

Our Women's Retreat is purposefully designed to encourage and refresh women in their walk with Christ and to foster encouraging relationships with other women.

This committee’s mission will be planning and implementing times of Christian fellowship for Women to foster additional connections.

(Baby, Wedding & Funerals)           

This committee’s mission will be to manage the planning and hosting of wedding and baby showers for members of NTCofC and to also assist with any needs of families having funeral services at NTCofC.

The goal of Helping Hands Ministry is to provide short-term relief to those having life altering events such as the birth of a baby, devastating illness or injury, surgery, or a death in the family.
